In addition to extensive orientation training, CCI agents continue their training every day with the use of online, automated systems. Our learning management system (LMS) tracks progress and prescribes new courses, which can be developed specifically to support the needs of your organization. Contact Center Locations

CCI has been awarded one of only five licenses issued by the Lebanese government to operate contact centers in their country. Along with this license comes the full support and encouragement of the Lebanese government to help ensure success. The CCI Master Plan is to create, staff, and operate five contact centers in Lebanon and one in the International Headquarters in Irvine, CA. See CCI locations.

Growth Plans

Phase 1 - Our first contact center is operating in Batroun Lebanon. This state-of-the-art facility initially accommodates 75 agents, and is being expanded.

Phase 2 - Our contact center in Beirut is designed to support up to 300 agents.

Phase 3 - Our contact center planned for Tripoli, Lebanon is going into a building now being constructed and will also add up to an additional 500 agent seats.

CCI management represents decades of experience in the areas of telecom operations, network architecture, training design and delivery, project management, and operational oversight. This experience includes operating call centers around the world.

Jay Ajaltouni

Jay Ajaltouni, Chairman

Mr. Ajaltouni brings to the company over twenty-five years of experience in telecom, facilities management, and global communications interconnectivity. He is the founder and CEO of Phoenicia Communications, owners and operators of a major North American west coast Network Operations Center serving the needs of several multi-national telecommunications customers. Phoenicia Communications has been a strategic partner with several multi-billion dollar telecommunication companies in North America including XO Communications along with interconnectivity relationships with Verizon and Level Three, to provide backbone transport for voice, data, and local access connectivity. Mr. Ajaltouni was also responsible for building the largest cellular affinity (common interest group) programs in Southern California with Bell South and LA Cellular, later acquired by AT&T Wireless. In addition to heading up CCI, Mr. Ajaltouni also secured a multi-million dollar agreement to build and operate an artist series endorsement prepaid calling card campaign focused on building vertical penetration within the Latin American community throughout North America.

William Robertson

William R Robertson, Senior Corporate Advisor

Mr. Robertson, brings over twenty years of experience in three vital areas of operations - Global telecom / network operations, Distance Learning Education, and International Business. He has served as Executive Vice President of Multacom International, was President and COO at publicly-traded Lightwave Corporation, and was Senior Vice President of Irvine-based Phoenicia Communications. Mr. Robertson was responsible for securing the first VoIP termination agreements with the government of Russia in 1996 and later securing the rights to build a 2,400 mile fiber optic system in China with seven data centers located between Shanghai, Beijing, and Quanzhou City. An author of both telecom and CRM topics, Mr. Robertson has over 50 articles published by industry journals worldwide and has published numerous video, audio, and multimedia online training programs. His study includes a doctorate in Distant Learning Education.
